Real Estate Photography ■ Quinta Serena

A few days after my photo shoot of the Pomar das Oliveiras vacation rental, I had the opportunity to do a second real estate photo shoot for a vacation rental in Portugal as part of the launch of my real estate photography activity. I went to photograph the Quinta Serena, located a few minutes from São Martinho do Porto beach, exactly in Casal da Macalhona.

The place is splendid. Located in the countryside, quiet and with a splendid view, the Quinta Serena offers a haven of peace to holidaymakers who come to spend a few days of vacation in Portugal. As the rooms were occupied, even in this month of February, the owner invited me to photograph the common areas and the outdoor yoga studio. As I arrived on site in cloudy weather, I was delighted to see the sun make its appearance at the end of the session.

Many thanks to Moshi, owner of Quinta Serena, for giving me the opportunity to do this photo shoot. This is only my second session as a real estate photographer, and we can easily see from these photos how I can improve. Either way, it's a fascinating lesson. Being originally a wildlife photographer, I begin to understand the specificities of real estate photography.
